If a product is pumped from the production workshop to the tank farm (which contains multiple finished product tanks), it is then pumped from there to the loading arm. How should gas pipeline systems be designed? Should the vapor pipes from the workshop to the tank area, and those from the tank area to the loading area, be installed separately?
The workshop equipment, tank areas, and tank trucks each control their own pressure. The gas phase tube doesn’t need to be connected, right?
Each one has its own pressure relief system. Of course, you can use gas connection pipes to save materials.
Set separately, and then combined into the main exhaust pipe.
If it is not a liquefied hydrocarbon or a substance that volatilizes at room temperature such as propylene oxide, it is generally not necessary to use a meteorological balance line; the gas from the storage tanks and workshop tanks can be directly vented into the atmosphere, or in cases where environmental regulations are strict, it can be sent to an exhaust gas treatment system. If the materials are expensive and the distance from the workshop to the tank area is short, a meteorological balance pipe can be considered.
