Loan of accident pool

Recently, one of the property owners asked whether it would be possible to use the accident pool located near the factory, so as not to have to build one of their own. This is a rather rare request; I wasn’t sure how to respond at first. Do any of you have any ideas or opinions, or are there any mandatory regulations that prohibit such sharing? It should be emphasized that this is an accident water tank, not a fire water tank or a fire water piping network
If the environmental impact assessment and fire safety inspections are not passed, an accident tank must be installed.
An accident tank (accident water collection tank) is a type of structure required in the wastewater treatment process; it is generally installed when treating high-concentration wastewater discharged by factories in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The reason is that when production accidents occur in these factories, large amounts of organic wastewater with high concentrations and fluctuating pH values are released in a short period of time. If such wastewater enters the sewage treatment system directly, it imposes a very high load on the biological treatment systems in operation, and it takes a long time to recover from the resulting impacts; sometimes this can even lead to catastrophic damage. To prevent the impact of accident water on wastewater treatment systems, many wastewater treatment plants have installed accident tanks for storing such water. The independent installation of an accident tank is a mandatory requirement under the national standard GB 50483 – \"Code for Environmental Protection Design of Chemical Engineering Construction Projects\".
One should build its own accident pool independently.
There are always owners who make such requests, but you have to carry out the design; whether he builds it or not is his problem. Designing in accordance with standards is the most basic requirement. Just tell him directly that I did the design; otherwise, the plans won’t be approved for registration, and they won’t be approved even there either. It’s up to you whether to proceed with the construction or not. If you make changes on site by yourself, we won’t care about it.
