During the major repair, a flow meter needs to be installed on this pipeline (for use in the flare system). The general process is as follows: the waste gas emitted from the rubber factory enters the liquid separation tank and then the water seal tank, from where it is sent to the flare for combustion. How should isolation be implemented in this process?
