Nitrogen can be produced using nitrogen generators; I haven’t heard of oxygen being produced in this way. It is possible to work together with air separation plants: you provide the site while they supply the oxygen tanks to set up an oxygen station; once the oxygen is used up, it can be delivered to you by truck for refilling

An air separation unit can be built; the oxygen can be used internally, while the nitrogen can be used internally or sold externally.
Oxygen is quite dangerous; in our old oxygen separation unit, all the oxygen was vented, but with the new unit in place, half of it is used internally while the other half is vented.

Alternatively, a full liquefaction plant can be used, with the resulting liquid oxygen being stored for sale. A set of oxygen liquefaction equipment can also be installed.
