When designing a bag filter, if the required pressure drop is known, how should the process design be carried out based on that specified pressure drop?
If a known pressure difference requirement exists, the only option is to increase the number of filter bags accordingly based on the volume of air.
Then what determines the increase in the number of cloth bags?
According to the data provided by the bag manufacturers.
Each cloth bag should have a corresponding pressure drop; with the total pressure drop determined, the manufacturer will advise you on how many bags to use.
