After downloading, it shows that the compressed package of more than 10M cannot be extracted. It is suspected that it is compressed in the form of a folder. Please re-compress the PDF file and do not compress it in the folder directory, because some decompression software may not be able to read the folder directory properly. The information should be relatively up to date and uploaded in a standardized manner.
There will be no problem if you follow what the poster said, just decompress the 10MB one.
I used bandizip compression, you can try it. The compressed volumes 01 and 02 have no suffixes. The forum has requirements for uploading attachments. If the format is wrong, it is difficult to select and upload. I have to add a rar suffix, so just delete the rar suffix when decompressing.
