Noliang announced the completion of its acquisition of Zhejiang Fured Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fured”), which is China’s largest producer of triethylaluminum (TEAL), an alkyl metal used in the production of high-volume polymers such as polypropylene and polyethylene. This acquisition will significantly increase Norilsk’s global TEAL production and reinforce its position as the world’s leading producer of TEAL.
