If there are no mandatory provisions requiring precise or specific wording, I think it’s optional to include such elements; in that case, decisions should be made based on process requirements and safety standards. One should then consult the safety manual for hazardous chemicals to check its requirements – ventilation should be provided where necessary, while it isn’t required, no such setup is needed. If it’s truly necessary on site, ventilation can still be installed, but the electrical explosion-proof rating must meet the specified requirements.

The Regulations on the Management of Hazardous Chemicals state in Article 20 that units that produce or store hazardous chemicals shall, depending on the types and hazardous properties of those chemicals, install appropriate safety facilities and equipment at their workplaces for monitoring, surveillance, ventilation, sun protection, temperature control, fire prevention, firefighting, explosion prevention, pressure relief, poison prevention, neutralization, moisture prevention, lightning protection, static electricity prevention, corrosion prevention, leak prevention, as well as protective barriers or isolated operation areas. Such facilities and equipment must be regularly maintained and serviced in accordance with relevant standards, industry standards, or other applicable regulations, to ensure their proper functioning.

This true/false question is not very precise: 1. Close to the ground: Exhaust systems are installed at the lower level only when they are heavier than air, usually at a height of 500 mm from the ground; if they are lighter than air, they should be installed at the upper level; 2. Toxic gases: Exhaust systems should be installed for both flammable and toxic gases.
