The company uses a small amount of liquid carbon dioxide, and the pressure rises; they want to relieve some of this pressure. After consulting the manufacturer, two methods were suggested: 1. Open the exhaust valve to release pressure – this method generates quite loud noise when exhaust occurs; it’s not clear whether it’s feasible, and opening the valve slightly might have an impact on it. 2. Open the pressure relief valve
Either one will work; don’t worry about noise, as the sound level decreases after pressure is released.
There is a safety valve, which allows it to vent on its own, but the venting point must be connected to the outside.
Let’s first analyze the reasons – why is the pressure high? ! In summer, when the ambient temperature rises, does CO2 expand and the pressure increase? In this case, it should be cooled down, rather than simply venting it, which would waste pure CO2.
Just turn it down a bit to relieve pressure, but the valve’s exhaust port must be directed away from anyone
