The reactor is divided into eight sections for feeding and discharging from top to bottom; why are flexible connectors used for the six upper sections for feeding and discharging, while not for the two lower sections? Please, experts, give me some guidance!

The purpose of using soft connections is nothing other than to address issues such as large stress changes, ease of movement, vibration transmission, and the convenience of disconnection to interrupt a process. I’m not sure if these factors are suitable for you; it would be best to send a video, as it’s easier to discuss things when looking at images. In fact, the biggest drawback of flexible connections is their strength.
