What is the highest vacuum level that can be achieved currently? Is 5 KPa (absolute pressure) achievable? ! What is the highest vacuum level achievable using a Venturi vacuum pump?

Looking at the methods used to achieve a vacuum, the limit vacuum that can be attained with a Venturi pump is quite low; water ring pumps perform better. Diaphragm pumps offer a good cost-performance ratio among conventional pumps, capable of achieving pressures below 10 Pa. Adding a Roots pump in front of the film selection pump can achieve pressures below 1 Pa
1 KPa – that’s almost a complete vacuum.
Looking at the system, when a sealed and dry system is evacuated, if the sealing quality and the performance of the pump are sufficient, pressures below 1 Pa can be achieved. Systems with smaller pumps have better performance; they can achieve pressures as low as 0.001 Pa or even lower. Production systems operate in environments where water is present, and as water continues to evaporate, the ultimate vacuum level can remain around 2 kPa
Your question is too general. If we are talking specifically about the vacuum in chemical production, it’s probably around 1 KPa. However, in other areas of scientific research such as heavy ion accelerators, the vacuum level is on a completely different scale – it can reach 10-10 Pa.
