Is there any molecular sieve that only allows water to pass through while preventing organic substances from passing?
There are many hydrophobic molecular sieves, such as Silicalite-1, ZSM-5, MCM-41
It seems what you are looking for is a membrane, not a molecular sieve. First, let’s understand the principles behind these two methods
May I ask which type of membrane allows water to pass through while preventing organic substances from passing through under gas-phase conditions?
This is organic matter adsorbed on it; is water poured in?
Is it some organic gaseous substance with a high water content that needs to be purified to reduce its water content? This issue has absolutely nothing to do with what you described. You don’t understand the principles behind things like molecular sieves, membranes, and resins, and you’re too lazy to look them up on Baidu; instead, you just ask random questions that confuse everyone. Among conventional molecular sieves, those of type 3A have the smallest pore sizes. They have a weak adsorption capacity for organics with low polarity, but a strong adsorption capacity for water. They are widely used in gas purification, enabling the concentration of impurities to be reduced to 1 ppm or even below 0.1 ppm
The principles and industrial applications are far inferior
Can reverse osmosis membranes be used? What are organic compounds?

NaA-type molecular sieve, water-permeable membrane. It’s widely used, okay. It was put into industrial use back in 2012. The NaA-type inorganic molecular sieve pervaporation membrane is formed by crystal growth of NaA-type molecular sieve particles on a tubular ceramic porous support, resulting in a closely packed membrane layer with a pore size of approximately 4.2 Å. This value is larger than the kinetic diameter of water molecules (~2.9 Å) but smaller than the molecular diameters of most organic substances, granting it good shape selectivity for water molecules. On the other hand, the high aluminum content in the molecular sieve framework (Si/Al = 1) confers strong hydrophilicity to it, making the NaA-type inorganic molecular sieve pervaporation membrane particularly suitable for the dehydration of organic solvents.
