For example, some wastewater can be discharged after simply being neutralized, while for certain toxic heavy metals that are under close monitoring, even a small amount of these substances requires treatment through evaporation. The cost difference is enormous; in such cases, there’s no time to concentrate the waste – dilution is necessary.
