Diaphragm pump PID legend

Has anyone used diaphragm pumps before? How are diaphragm pumps represented on a PID diagram? There is also no corresponding drawing in the legend of the SH3101-2000 refinery process diagram. Does anyone have any reference images?
I guess I should draw a pump. That symbol represents all pumps
They all come with legends; you can draw a diagram of a pump and use that as the legend for the diaphragm pump

This shows a side view of the diaphragm pump, which is quite illustrative. This way of drawing is easier to understand than the standard one.
