What do dry weight and operating weight in a chemical injection skid mean?

As shown in the figure, these are the technical parameters from COOEC Offshore Engineering Design Institute’s technical documents; they represent the technical requirements for a chemical injection skid. I would like to ask: 1. What does this dry weight/operating weight (ton) mean? Does it refer to the weight of the entire jack? 2. What does CLASS I ZONE 2 GROUP ⅡA mean?
The dry weight should be the total manufacturing weight of the jacking block, excluding water used for testing and materials used in the production process. The operating weight should be the total weight of the jack in its operational state, including the original manufacturing weight as well as the weight of the materials used in its production. CLASS I ZONE 2 GROUP ⅡA is a classification level for electrical explosion-proof hazard areas.
I would like to ask what standards are used as the basis for classifying electrical explosion-proof hazard areas?
The dry weight should be the total weight of the pry block, after it has been manufactured. The operating weight should be the total weight of the jack in its operating state.
