Hello, dear sea friends! I would like to ask why plug valves are used for the valves before and after the air buffer tank in an air compression system? Can a ball valve be used as a substitute?
Yes. I think ball valves work too.
It’s unclear what the purpose of this design is; it’s assumed that ball valves must be used in reality
If multiple pipelines occur during design, the use of stop valves can help reduce the number of valves required
