Process design refers to the general term for process procedure design and process equipment design. The core of the design for productive construction projects. It is determined based on the characteristics of industrial production, its nature, and its functions. The production processes vary from department to department. (4) Establish the overall production and operation management system for the entire plant, clarify the production tasks of each workshop as well as the coordination among them, formulate systems for production and operation planning, product quality inspection, and product procurement and supply, and establish labor and production organization as well as work procedures
