PID flow chart design, as shown below. A blind plate is added, but there is a secondary line. What is the use of this secondary line? There is a secondary line, and the blind plate cannot provide absolute isolation. Are blind panels still useful? These are two series reactors, and the qualified ones are transported to the downstream, such as unqualified ones.
The two-hand valve on the left is normally closed, and a figure-eight blind plate is added in the middle to blind it. The two hand valves on the right going to the No. 3 reactor are in the normal locked-open state. My personal understanding is that it is normally open, and the blind plate is in the conducting state. Is the gas phase operating pressure relatively high? The cross-line hand valve may be used to balance the pressure in front of and behind the valve when opening and closing the valve, or to build up pressure in the No. 3 reactor when driving.
Oh, this DN25 valve is indeed a problem. Two valves in series should be set up, and a branch pipe valve should be added between the two valves. When isolation is required, fully close the two valves and fully open the branch valve, and introduce this harmful gas into the torch into the atmosphere. When ventilation is needed, close the branch valve and fully open the two series valves. Such design drawings require design rectification. For reference.
It should be used to equalize the pressure of the No. 3 reactor in the early stages of startup, to balance the pressure before and after the valve, and to easily open the valve.
I have seen similar processes where both the main line and the double line are added with blind plates.
The auxiliary line plays this role, but it should be partitioned in the same way as the main line.
You said that there should indeed be isolation measures, double valves plus diversion or double valves plus blind plates.
