Expander outlet pressure

The compressed and expanded air is fed into the upper tower. The outlet pressure of our expander is about 3 kPa lower than the pressure in the upper tower; according to available information, it should generally be higher than that pressure. I would like to ask if anyone has encountered a similar situation – what could be the reason for this in our case?
I’m not sure about your process, but the location of the pressure sampling points on the tower needs to be taken into consideration. Because the pressure for going up the tower is mostly taken from a position above the main cooling liquid level. There is a certain pressure difference between the lower part of the upper tower and the inlet for the expanded air. I’m not sure whether your question relates to issues specified in the process procedures or to problems that have arisen on site; it’s important to determine whether these issues are affecting normal production. The expanded air enters the upper tower in an internally compressed process, at low pressure. The pressure sampling point in the upper tower is located in the middle to upper part of the tower, above the inlet of the expander. Production is running normally with no issues; I just want to know what the differences are and what the principle behind it is
