When should pipe supports and hangers be unlocked during construction?

1) The manufacturer fixes the indicator plate of the spring support bracket at the position corresponding to the installed load, using upper and lower positioning blocks based on the load provided by the user, thereby putting the spring support bracket in a rigid state temporarily. (2) After the pipeline has been cleaned and subjected to a hydrostatic test, the upper and lower positioning blocks must be removed before the pipeline can be put into use. (3) When the pipeline starts operating, first check whether the positioning blocks have been properly removed, and then verify that there is no jamming during the displacement of the indicator plate from the installation load to the operating load. (4) After the pipeline is put into normal operation, check whether the displacement of the spring supports under operating load is consistent with the design. After the pipeline stops operating, check whether the indicator panel has returned to its position under the installed load. Check the tightness of the spring’s hanger, etc.
