Are there any special requirements for the installation of exhaust pipes for discharging highly toxic and Class A fluids? Can it be left unset? Please let me know the applicable standards so I can study them.
It must be set. Highly toxic and Class A fluid discharge pipes require sealing (threaded plugs, pipe caps, blind flanges, flange covers), double valves, as well as collection devices.

According to GB50316, Class A1 fluids (highly toxic) shall not be discharged directly into sewers or the atmosphere; they must be released into closed systems. For Category B liquids in Section 14.5 on emissions, a closed collection system shall be used. The gas should be discharged into the flare system.
