If MVR is used directly after desulfurization, the evaporator will be unable to operate after at most 2 days; oxidation treatment must be carried out before feeding it into the MVR.

I’m not in charge of wastewater treatment. The slurry from our desulfurization towers goes through vacuum belt filtration; the filtrate is then sent to the evaporation unit in the wastewater treatment plant, where it’s concentrated. The resulting concentrate is returned to the desulfurization wastewater tank, where it waits for new filtrate to arrive so that it can be mixed again. There’s no mixing of salt sludge involved
