As the production unit, during the later stages of construction, we carry out three inspections and four determinations, and work together with the construction team to conduct pressure testing on pipelines as well as individual tests on mechanical equipment. In the plants I have been involved in, the purging work was generally completed by the time of plant handover; after the plant was handed over, we organized tests for airtightness and instrument calibration, as well as water testing, and catalyst loading; After completion, a PSSR acceptance test is carried out; once this test is passed, nitrogen can be introduced for purging. After the purging is successful, an operation start-up acceptance test is conducted, followed by connecting the plant’s flare to the grid. The distillation tower section can be put into operation with oil, while the hydrogenation catalyst section requires reduction and desulfurization procedures. Once all these steps are completed, the plant can start operating with fresh feedstock.
