The heating pump line of the pump runs from behind the shut-off valve to in front of the check valve; there is only the check valve there. What does the inlet TS represent?

I’ve seen two types of pre-heating lines: one is like yours, and the other goes past the check valve and the outlet valve. This is probably an issue related to the design philosophy of the design institute.
