No. It is only stipulated that pipelines for Class A and B flammable gases or liquids shall not pass through buildings that are not related to them. For your reference, according to GB 50160-2008 Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises, 7.1.4 Permanent above-ground and underground pipelines shall not pass through or cross processes, system units, or tank groups that are not related to them ； Valves and pipe fittings prone to leakage shall not be installed on the pipelines for combustible gases, liquefied hydrocarbons, and combustible liquids that run across the tank farm pump house. 7.2.2 Piping for combustible gases, liquefied hydrocarbons, and flammable liquids shall not pass through buildings that are not related to them.
