“What is the design responsibility for the “current status map”?

The enterprise’s safety production license needs to be renewed every three years. An assessment is required before renewal, and drawings are needed for this; if issues related to fire separation distances are identified, existing site plans are used as a substitute, on the grounds that the responsibility associated with such plans is lesser. But upon checking the specifications, there is no such term as a status map; so how is the responsibility for designing the status map allocated?

If nothing goes wrong, that’s fine; but if something goes wrong and it doesn’t comply with the standards, no image can escape
Our approach is to mark the areas that do not comply with the standards on the current status diagram, and attach a revised drawing thereafter
Another view is to take the latest drawings released by the company as the standard
