How can the solid material dried in a fluidized bed be cooled from 100 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius before packaging?
The temperature here isn’t very high either; it can be cooled to room temperature by air during the dust removal process before packaging.
A cooling fluidized bed is added at the rear section, to which cooling air is supplied. We have many cases where we did this.
