Evaporation intensity is the ratio of the amount of steam consumed to the amount of evaporation during the same time period. This is a new definition; let’s see if it makes sense
Where did the original poster see this definition in a textbook?
The heating medium can be of other types; does it have to be steam? The ratio of heat consumed to the amount of evaporation produced within the same time period.
