I studied Chemical Engineering and Technology in university, and after graduation I joined a chemical engineering design firm to work on process design. Since starting work, I have moved from my ignorance in university and my idealistic views of design to carrying out process design in a practical manner. It is very important to thoroughly understand the principles of chemical engineering learned in university, as well as topics like reaction engineering. What used to be just theory has now been put into practice; however, even with great care, problems can still arise. Textbooks on chemical engineering principles, process manuals, engineering design manuals, and pipeline design manuals are all valuable resources for learning theory. When designing, it is essential to adhere to relevant standards and guidelines. Only by putting in effort can one go further on the path of chemical engineering design.
That makes sense; the leap from theory to practice isn’t that easy.
Yes, many problems are not what I thought they were.

How can we drift further and further apart? Is it because after three years as a monk, Buddha seems so far away?
