As far as I know for now, the petrochemical industry requires high-temperature and high-pressure steam. What other industries need pressures of at least 3.5 MPa in their processes?
Power generation, large turbine machinery, and ships might use them; I’ve never had any experience with any of these. Historically, battleships, cruisers, and aircraft carriers were powered by coal and steam; modern aircraft carriers seem to still be powered by steam as well
Steam of this quality is generally found near power plants; the steam quality in many self-built boiler rooms is not very high, around 1.5 MPa
After checking, civilian ships generally use diesel engines and gas turbines; only LNG ships still use steam turbines, and they too are under the pressure from diesel engines. The most advanced steam turbine technology for civilian ships is found in Japan; these turbines have a power output of 60,000 horsepower and operate using steam at a pressure of 6–10 Mpa. Aircraft carriers as well are powered by steam engines

The impulse steam turbines used in air separation are driven by high-pressure steam; there is also a backup system involving an ammonia water bath that requires steam as well
Molecular sieve steam heaters also require steam, but some turbines and molecular sieve heaters are electrically driven.
