The pressure is at atmospheric pressure, but what is the temperature? Temperature correction must be applied when selecting the pressure rating
Maybe 300 pounds itself doesn’t cost much more, and there aren’t that many models available.
Small fittings, valves, etc. weighing 150 pounds are prone to damage and not durable.
