The bottom label is white after opening CAD2014

As the title suggests, CAD2014 isn’t added to the Quick Access bar; when it’s opened, the area below it is white instead of showing an icon. How can this be fixed?； It works fine, but it doesn’t look very good ；
Desktop PC, Win10 operating system； The same installation package works fine on other computers; double-clicking the desktop icon works without issues, and opening the file results in the format shown in the image ；
Our network administrator says that pirated CAD can only work with pirated Windows;P
:'(It works fine on the laptop, and it works fine at home too; it just doesn’t work at the office.)
It’s probably a problem with the registration details; it is recommended to completely uninstall the software and then reinstall it. My previous SW was the same; it got better on its own later. . .
