Jacketed mixing tank, with three feeding methods: the first involves feeding through openings in the side walls and discharging from the bottom. Will this cause a short-circuit issue? The second type feeds from the side wall and discharges through the side wall overflow. This liquid level is not adjustable. For the third type, with feeding at the top and discharge at the bottom, will the pipes that extend into the tank from the top affect the installation of the mixer? Which one is more reasonable to choose?

The first and third are not very different. Why is the third feed pipe inserted so deep? Can’t it be left suspended?
If it’s suspended in the air, isn’t it a problem if the liquid just falls straight down?
The first and second types do not meet the requirements for equipment manufacturing and installation； The third one is correct. If there is no risk of static electricity, it can be installed suspended.
