There is a fine chemical project in which the raw materials are first nitrated; after that, they are hydrogenated using hydrogen from a hydrogen production plant. Now, is it possible to combine the nitration, hydrogenation, and hydrogen production processes in one single unit as a combined facility? The total land area occupied by the entire facility is less than 1,000 square meters

As you mentioned, according to GB51283 it should be referred to as a \"combined plant.\" The primary consideration in the overall layout is the safety distance; hydrogen production facilities should not be placed together. Nitration processes require special controls, including explosion-proof isolation – such facilities need not necessarily be open-style, but they can be located adjacent to open-style hydrogenation facilities. Is the process started and stopped simultaneously?
Distillation takes place before hydrogenation, and a buffer tank is provided for the material fed into the distillation unit, with a storage capacity equivalent to one day’s supply. Is this considered starting and stopping at the same time? According to the hydrogen station regulations, the devices that can be located adjacent are those that are downstream of the hydrogen system. Placing the hydrogenation process in the middle and the nitration processes on the sides – does this arrangement violate the regulations for hydrogen stations?
