May I ask if, in the backwashing process for sand-filtered gas, the backwash air inlet valve is turned on first, followed by the top exhaust valve; the gas is used to clean the filter first, and then the backwash water inlet valve is opened, along with the backwash wastewater discharge valve, to release the waste water. The question is: during the gas backwashing process, a large volume of gas is used. If the inlet valve for the backwashing gas is DN150 and the air pressure is 5 mH2O, must this gas exit only through the top exhaust valve? Does that mean the top exhaust valve also requires a large-diameter pipe, namely DN150 as well? How do you determine the diameter of your exhaust valves?
Take a look at the attachment I sent you; it can serve as a reference. For air cleaning, air enters from the bottom of the sand ratio controller and exits from the top. The DN150 you mentioned is likely the diameter of the water inlet pipe for backwashing the sand ratio controller. The air inlet pipe for air cleaning may be connected to the backwashing pipe, with valves used to control it. The inlet and outlet diameters of the gas supply pipeline for gas washing should be the same or similar. Furthermore, the air-cleaning pipeline of the sand ratio meter does not need to be that thick; it depends on the size of the meter.
If the calculation shows it needs to be this thick, then the exhaust valve also needs to be DN150
