Before the waste liquid is fed into the furnace, there should be buffer tanks and a nebulization system; how exactly is this control carried out? Is it necessary to recirculate fluid in order to control the amount entering the atomization gun? Are there any relevant PIDs? I’d like to learn about them
It mainly depends on the properties of your waste fluid – viscosity, density, temperature, etc. An atomization system is essential; otherwise, combustion will not be complete. Whether a reflux system is needed depends on factors such as the amount of combustion, the pressure of the medium, and the flow rate and head of the transfer pump. It’s unrealistic to ask for someone else’s PID directly.
