Sulfuric acid is classified as highly toxic in HG/T 20660 and should be considered a Class A1 fluid; therefore, is sulfuric acid of both low and high concentrations classified as a Class A1 fluid?
From a design perspective, if it’s difficult to manage low concentrations, then just use higher ones instead of lower ones
Definition of Class A1 fluids: It appears in GB50316; it corresponds to toxins of extreme hazard as defined in GB5044. The new pressure pipeline standard GB20801-2020 specifies that the toxicity classification should follow the criteria set out in “Hazardous Chemicals” (2015 edition). HG20660-2017 is applicable only to the use and storage of chemical media in chemical pressure vessels, and it has nothing to do with pipeline regulations at all. Therefore, sulfuric acid does not belong to Class A1 fluids – your question is flawed!
