Three-phase (liquid phase) separation

As the title suggests: I would like to ask the experienced colleagues for advice. Currently, there are three types of liquid mixtures: light oil, heavy oil, and wax, which need to be stored in tanks for sedimentation and separation. Question: 1. What type of container should be used for separation? My current idea is to create a vertical tank with two baffles inside (in the vertical direction) to enable gradual settlement. 2. There are two interfaces here; which one can be used to carry out observations? Thank you.
