Selection of reflux and feed flow meters in negative pressure high-temperature distillation systems?

During negative-pressure high-temperature distillation, the material has a high freezing point; how should flow meters be selected for the feed and reflux streams? ? How are the key parameters determined? For example, when the entire system is at -98 KPa, how are the pressures before and after the instrument determined?
This question is too… I don’t know how to put it; I don’t know the details about the materials, and all I know is something about vacuum level – nothing else. If you ask what the reflux ratio is, how can you answer that?
