Class C factories are arranged in groups

I would like to ask fellow sailors: after the implementation of the refined standards, can Class C factories still be arranged in groups in accordance with Article 3.4.8 of the building codes? Thank you. 3.4.8 Except for high-rise factories and Class A factories, other types of factories can be arranged in groups when the total floor area of these factories is less than the maximum allowable floor area for a fire compartment as specified in Article 3.3.1 of this code (the smaller of the two values applies; however, where there is no limit on the maximum allowable floor area for a fire compartment, it should not exceed 10,000 m2). When the building height of the workshops is not more than 7 m, the fire separation distance between workshops within the same group should not be less than 4 m ； When the building height of the factory buildings exceeds 7 m, the fire separation distance between factory buildings within the same group should not be less than 6 m. The fire separation distance between groups and between a group and adjacent buildings shall be determined based on the building with the lower fire resistance rating among the two adjacent buildings, in accordance with Article 3 of these specifications
