This success demonstrates that the core equipment used in this project, the “Donghua furnace,” is viable and reliable in operation, and is now ready for industrial application. The project utilizes the Donghua biomass pure-oxygen pressurized gasification technology, independently developed by Donghua Technology. This technology effectively addresses the key problems and challenges associated with current biomass gasification methods in the market. It offers advantages such as good adaptability to different types of raw materials, high processing capacity, high carbon conversion efficiency, low tar content in the syngas, reduced wastewater generation, and low production costs.
