Why is xylene classified as Class A in terms of fire hazard?

Table 2 on page 92 of the \"Petrochemical Standards\": In the examples of fire hazard classification, o-xylene, m-xylene, and p-xylene are all classified as Category A B in terms of fire hazard. However, according to relevant data, the flash points of these substances are all above 28 degrees Celsius! What is the reason for this?
It depends on the source of the flash point data; the MSDS data in manuals is usually based on a mixture of a certain purity, taking into account the effect of the impurity components on its properties. For example, the Flash Point data for o-xylene, m-xylene, and p-xylene as given in the \"Comprehensive Book on Safety Technology for Hazardous Chemicals – General Volume\" (3rd edition, 2017) are 16, 25, and 25 respectively℃ ； However, other sources indicate that the flash point of o-xylene is 30°C.
