Can a hose be used for the pipeline before the safety valve?

Dear lovely sea friend, I have a question. A safety valve has now been installed on the metering tank; considering the accuracy of measurement, the pipelines connected to the equipment need to be fitted with hoses. So, can a hose be used for the part of the safety valve inlet pipeline that is connected to the equipment?
It’s possible, but the pressure resistance of the hose needs to be taken into account
In principle, it is possible as long as the hose is pressure-resistant enough, but aging must also be prevented; its lifespan may be short.
The safety valve is installed directly on the tank, and I think it’s better to use a hose at the outlet of the safety valve.
Will installing a safety valve affect the accuracy?
