For petrochemical projects, the process engineering team is the leading discipline in terms of design; it must put forward numerous design requirements to other disciplines. These requirements are summarized in the table below for reference. Of course, due to the different specialized divisions among various petrochemical design institutes, the requirements specified for the processes also vary.
