Many external inspections have now pointed out that the operating procedures lack a list of process parameters, including design values, alarm values, and interlock values; they also lack information on the consequences of process parameter deviations from normal operating conditions, as well as methods and steps for correcting such deviations. Does anyone have a specific format? Please send it for reference
