As the title suggests, there is a 4 km long pipeline with a DN100 diameter, used for transporting hydrochloric acid. Since it is an external pipeline, joints cannot be installed; therefore, lining the pipeline is being considered as a solution. Do you have any good construction methods to recommend?

Products made of this material are easy to find. For specific design and construction, one should consult qualified and experienced technicians and firms.
A process without flange connections is required.
Then go and order a 4-kilometer-long plastic hose.
Then use PVC + fiberglass pipes; there are no joints.
Transporting corrosive substances over such a long distance using plastic isn’t legal, right? Metal linings are a well-established practice
……I’m not sure if electrofusion pipes will work; the pipes can be joined by heat fusion, without the need for flanges, and they are corrosion-resistant :)
