How is non-condensable gas removed in plate heat exchangers? I don’t see any condenser discharge outlet
Usually, a drain valve is installed at the bottom; or, in cases with special requirements, the water supply pipe is inserted at a certain position inside to serve as a liquid seal. For reference.

Hahaha, I mistook the non-condensable gas for condensate – my apologies :) It would be best to take a video so it’s easier to discuss. This question is quite general; a lack of focus usually occurs at the top level, and it is related to the process.
Plate heat exchangers are generally not used as condensers; instead, they are used as coolers; It is recommended to use a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, with cooling water flowing inside the tubes and the working fluid flowing between them.
For the non-condensable gas in the circulating water, there are inlets and outlets under each plate, with so many small channels for diversion – isn’t it unnecessary to remove the non-condensable gas?
It’s not circulating water; we use plate heat exchangers to condense steam – steam enters while water comes out. Circulating water is used for cooling, and non-condensable gases cannot be discharged from the steam inlet
There is no need to vent non-condensable gas; a steam trap needs to be installed
