It seems that the internal cleanliness and sealing of the container aren’t taken into account here; as long as the pressure remains equal to that of the atmosphere and no air is pumped in, it should be fine, I guess. If the container is transported in a sealed state, it’s necessary to ensure that its pressure is equal to that of the atmosphere before sealing it. If the atmospheric temperature is 20°C in the south, and the container is transported to Arctic Village where the temperature is -20°C, plus there are issues related to the wall thickness of the container under low pressure, could the container collapse?
