In fine chemical manufacturing, due to side reactions that occur in the substances, the initial fractions distilled in the subsequent distillation columns may include the raw material, by-products, isomers, etc； I would also like to ask everyone how these forefractions are generally handled in actual factories? What the original poster is asking is, what’s the use of the output from the distillation tower before qualified product is obtained, right? ? There are the following methods in the factory: 1. Downgrade processing. Samples that have not passed the standards can be treated as downgraded products, to be sold or used for internal purposes. 2. Then recycle and reuse. Set up an intermediate buffer tank for collection and reuse. 3. Direct disposal. It is directly sent to the waste treatment process for disposal.
