Are there any good manufacturers of thermometers that you can recommend? The temperature we are dealing with is between 80-90, and the current thermometers have large errors as well as significant latency
Using it correctly is more important than improving accuracy. The sampling point should be as close as possible to the temperature of the medium being tested, in order to minimize the influence of the environment. Problems have been resolved with PT100 thermistors of appropriate range combined with sensitive instruments
